我校首席教授李铎在第23届国际营养学大会作特邀报告和主题报告

新闻网讯 我校公共卫生学院营养学首席教授、营养与健康研究院常务副院长李铎教授应大会组委会邀请，近日参加了在法国巴黎举行的第23届国际营养学大会（IUNS-ICN 2025），并分别做了题为“Vegetarian versus omnivorous diets on cardiovascular health”的特邀报告和题为“Overview of functional lipids and human health”的主题报告。

李铎教授还同时主持了3场分论坛，分别为“Public health and nutrition throughout life cycle”，“Functional Lipids & Human Health”和“Basic research in nutrition”。

此外，李铎教授团队展示了3个墙报“Effects of different proportions of DHA and ARA on cognitive development in infants: a Meta-Analysis of randomized controlled trials”，“Metabolomics analysis revealed the ameliorating effects of pomegranate seed oil on renal oxidative stress and inflammation in diabetic nephropathy mice”和“Challenges and future of precision nutrition”。

本届营养学大会的主题是“为全球健康提供可持续食物”。来自于全球130多个国家的4000余名代表参加了本次会议，其中国内140余人参会。四年一届的国际营养大会（ICN）始于1946年，由国际营养科学联合会（IUNS）主办。本次大会共接收摘要3182篇，设有6个主旨报告和36个特邀报告，270个专题研讨会和口头摘要报告会。
